A warm hug for my Super Hero Dad

Father is the first hero in every daughter's life. I am his little princess that what he calls me affectionately. He has given me the right education and taught me how to differentiate and recognize whets good and bad for me. With his excellent guidance I have learnt to live life with dignity. He taught me to live without complains and regrets. As a guiding star you have always stood by me and showed me path to glory. Thank you is merely small to really appreciate all your unconditional love and your support. My father was the first person whom I saw when I opened my eyes for the first time & truly I am in deep love with him since then. My dad is the most special person in my life. He supported me in all my decisions & has stood by me in all my tough times. If I can do something special for him then that would really mean a lot to me. I feel blessed to have a father like you in my life. As a kid riding on Papa's back was greatest and unmatchable fun. Papa's joy knew no bounds when he used to see big smile on my face. Love you Dad from the core of my heart. He is a person who sacrificed his life just to see me happy and content. He took me on several trips and showed me new places, sang goodnight rhymes and  shared his lunch plate with me. Thanks for everything papa. My Dad is my inspiration and Guide. Growing up, my Dad taught me many valuable lessons, specifically: to be kind to everyone and to never give up. These simple but important lessons have shaped my life in its entirety. My dad is the kindest man that I have ever met. I attribute much of who I am as a person to my Dad and I thank him for his dedication to our family. He is strong, yet sensitive. His family means the world to him, and he means the world
to me. Dad is the first man that I ever loved. He is my hero. His arms were the first place where I felt so safe and protected. I love you Dad and I always will. No one can replace you in my life. No matter what ever happens I will always love you. no matter how old I am, I will always be your little girl. He always said "Believe in yourself,  everything is possible, you can do it, you are special to your father, God is helping you in your decisions, Believe in yourself, even if others don’t." these inspiring words are still etched in my mind.

A hug to thank my father who means the world to me

We are in this world because of our parents. They form an integral part of our life. Without them we would have had no existence. Our fabric of life is incomplete without them. Our life can never be complete without our mother and father. They are both essential to us. Each of them plays specific, distinct and directional roles in our lives. Our mother is our care taker she nourishes us and is the person who sustains us. Her arms have been our cradle that rocked us to sleep. She wiped our tears when we got hurt. For me my mother has always been present every where taking care of my needs and wants. I did not have to call for she was always present by my side when I needed her the most. She has been the model of love and compassion. We cannot undermine her role in my life but how can I forget that most important person of my life who has always been present but working behind the scene. It is my dearest father who has always been a silent observer and a great pillar of strength. I had always been in great awe of him but then one day he took me shopping. Holding my tiny fingers he went and stood before the toy shop. It was a very big toy store and so far we had only done window shopping. That day we entered the portals of the biggest toy shop I had ever seen. I felt like Alice in Wonderland. My father asked me to select a toy of my choice as he took me around the store. I selected a doll after much deliberation. Today that doll is still my most prized possession because of the memory associated with it that of doing my first shopping with my father.
There are memories in galore when I found my father by my side when I needed support and courage. I cannot forget the day when I had a fever just a day before my final exam. He came and sat by my side for hours. He not only gave me the medicine to cure my fever but also applied cold compresses on my forehead. He spent the whole night by my bedside sitting on a chair and once when I had cried out in distress he had held my hand to console me. Seeing his towering presence by my side I had felt safe and secure and knew that every thing was all right. He was not demonstrative by nature but that day I had seen concern and worry on his face. The next morning when I got ready to leave for the examination hall he took out his favorite pen which he considered to be lucky. He gave it to me silently without saying a word to me and placed his hand on my head in a blessing. I could see a glisten in his eyes. He also took me to the examination hall and gave me instructions to sip the lemon juice which he had asked my mother to make for me and filled in a thermos for me to take away.
I have always felt his presence whenever I faced a difficult situation and his sound advice saw me through. With father’s day coming on the best gift I want to give my dad is a great Hug. All material gifts are mundane and short lived but my hug is a gift that would last forever in the form of a cherished memory. With my hug I want to tell my father that he means the world to me.

Bonding with my mother inlaw with Ambi Pur

I love my home as I feel that my home gives me an identity. It is a reflection of my personality. I am very involved in keeping my home spick and span. I take all measures to make my home beautiful. So I have arranged all the spaces according to their use. I have taken care to match the curtains with the color of the sofas. There is no clash of colors. In fact the sofas and the curtains along with the central rug add to each others beauty. There is a mix of ruddy hues to give a warm glow to the room so that my visitors feel welcome. Net curtains on the windows give it an airy look.I have chosen the color scheme very carefully.
My bedroom is also another source of happiness for me. Every thing is picture perfect from the bed linen to the embellishments and other accessories. It is my perfect dream bedroom.
Another hub of activity in my home is my kitchen. It is a place where I usually spend most of my time. I like to keep my kitchen well equipped with the latest gadgets, well scrubbed and spotless.
The dining space is bright and shining with the use of red mahogany. This space is the most used one as all the family members gather together for breakfast and all the meals. This is the most central part of my home and witness to all our family get together moments and all celebrations small and big. So I have purposefully kept this area looking bright and cheerful
Every thing is pretty perfect so where is the draw back. The chinks in the armor are the tall big windows that look out of the dining area. They look so majestic and beautiful yet they give me several agonizing moments. Just outside on the road facing them is a huge garbage dump. Passersby use them and every one in the neighborhood dumps their waste over here. As a result a horrible stench wafts in through the windows and fills my home. I am forced to keep the windows closed at all times of the day as well as the night.
Just when I was experiencing this problem I received a message that my mother in law was going to visit me for a few days. I was in the throes of despair as I knew that my mother in law was a very strict task master and would not tolerate any type of stink .I was afraid that she would find fault in my house keeping and without my being at fault would consider me as a culprit. The day came when she did arrive and I was scared of what was going to happen. It was her habit to open all the windows to let in light and fresh air and when she opened the dining area windows she was in for a rude shock when she was hit by the stink of the garbage. She went and examined each and every corner of the house but could not find any thing amiss. She was confused and looked at me questioningly. I took her to the window and told her about the garbage dump so nearby which made it impossible for me to keep the windows open. That day she went to the market and bought Ambi Pur Air Effects Spring & Renewal Aerosol Air Freshener. It has unique ingredients that fight odor which eliminate Malodors by its Innovative Propellant System. Thanks to it now I open my windows and keep my home Fresh and Fragrant

My home bids goodbye to bad odor

Our home forms an integral part of our life. It may be a one room tenement a 2 BHK apartment or a bigger apartment or house. In each case it stands for what we are and vice versa.  Home is not just a structure made from bricks, stone and mortar. It is a special place which resounds with sounds and our emotions give it a feeling. It is our nest a place where we take refuge; we relax and unwind after a hard day’s work. It is the place where we get up each morning feeling refreshed and ready to take on the new challenges that each day brings in with it. Our home gives us the feeling of security and here we feel cared for. Our home is our oyster with its walls not closing in upon us but giving us a space to breathe freely – our own personal space. It is the place where we can give vent to our emotions and live the life of our dreams. Here we are the master of all that we survey. We can unleash our creativity without fear of scorn or being reprimanded because after all it is our home. It is the centre stage to all the minor and major incidences of our life, a witness to all the happenings. Its walls are filled with sounds of our life and we can feel the home pulsating with them.
Sounds are not the only things that pervade our home. The other objects that sneak in knowingly or unknowingly are the various odors that fill our homes. The fragrance of the joss sticks early in the morning after the worship. The flavor of the coffee that wafts through the house and the browning smell of the crusty bread that lingers on.. Throughout the day the smell of the vegetables being cooked with their spicy ingredients the fresh smell of the roti being roasted and many other smells and flavors are present in my home. Any guest can make an easy guess as to what has been cooking. These are the smells which we create but there are those which enter our home through the windows and the doors. They come in mixed with the air, the smell of the burnt milk or the pungent smell of the condiments being used in our neighbor’s kitchen and stay on and on in our home.
I may try my best but there is no escape from these odors of cooked and burnt food that fill every nook and corner of my home. These stubborn odors caused many an embarrassing moment for me before my guests and relatives. My mother in law came for a visit and pursed her lips in disapproval. These odors have robbed my home of its freshness. I felt great despair when no effort of mine worked to eliminate these odors which were like a black mark against my otherwise immaculate home. The beauty of its décor made people say wow but the next moment they held their kerchiefs against their nose as the food odors hit them straight on.
Then I came to know about Ambi Pur Air Effects Spring & Renewal Aerosol Air Freshener. It has unique odor fighting ingredients which eliminate Malodors by its Innovative Propellant System and keeps my home Fresh and Fragrant It has proved to be the answer to my need and now I can hold my head high before my friends and especially my mother in law as my home has now turned from being smelly to smiley.

Every moment can be a Maxfresh moment

On some days sitting in the bus on a hot humid day or waiting for my station to come in a crowded local or the metro there is a constant yearning in my heart that wants me to get out of the routine, the ordinary  and stale grind of the daily life where one feels nothing but like being a part of a big machine. Who am I a part number, a roll number or an employee id? Or am I an Individual who wants to be touched and refreshed by the pulsating energy of the song and dance of life. Surely I want to break free from the shackles of the mundane and ordinary and want some change that's why my heart constantly hums (the Anushka manchanda song from race 2)

Har ghadi har paher mujhe
Bas khayal hai ab tera
Kaise katenge din tere bin
Yahi bas sawaal hai ab mera…

meaning

In every second every moment
I have the thought of You
How will the days go without You
That is my only question

What I long for is some fun and a refreshing change and what better way to refresh the tired body, mind and soul due to the fatigue of the ordinary and mundane than to let myself lose on a song and dance routine because when Anushka Manchanda sang the song from GolMaal 3 perhaps the lyrics were written to echo my sentiments.

Apni judaa hai yaaro harkat harkat rang bhi judaa hai apna
Apni churaane ki hai fitrat fitrat dil ko bacha ke rakhna
(Go go golmaal, go go golmaal, go go golmaal)
After all I am the free spirited bird who craves maxfresh moments in every day of my life . I believe that since we live only once so it is our responsibility to live every moment to the fullest. So be it the dance floor at a disco or a club or a friends birthday party where I like to match my steps with my partner on the tune of dance basanti (Yet anither Anushka Manchanda Song) and trying to emulate the high energy and very fresh moves of Allu  Arjun . I am only living the motto of my life that I have to enjoy every moment of my life. So why wait for an occasion like a birthday, passing out of school or college or anything else for that matter. Just listen to a Anushka Manchanda song and let the music flow through you . You would feel a high voltage but very refreshing energy flowing through you just as I do. Then I can channelize this energy into a dance move aka Allu Arjun. Oh what a combination it is the singing  of Anushka Manchanda and the fluidic
dansing of Allu Arjun. I feel that both of them are in concert in front of me and performing live and exclusively for me and I am living my life the maxfresh way.

Living it up with Maxfresh move

Life without freshness and energy is dull, limpid and listless. A life that is bereft of freshness is like a painting that has been robbed of its colors leaving it black and white.
What a super feeling it is when you feel the fresh morning air against your face. It not only leaves you invigorated but also a much happier person. At this moment you feel that you are holding the world in your hands and nothing is impossible for you. You look up at the sky and find it fresh and inviting. Even the chirping of the birds has a certain freshness and their morning song is charged with energy.
I wish that this condition of freshness kept on and on throughout the day. Then there would be no dull moment in our lives. Alas this feeling does not persist and usually diminishes as the day passes on and as you are surrounded by the ordinary and mundane tasks of life, a routine that becomes dull and drab. You hanker for that freshness that you had felt when you got up in the morning.
It was no different for me because as the time of the day was progressing so was the boredom. I had to attend a late afternoon class so by the time I got ready to leave home the sun was quite high in the sky and emanating a heat that was quite sharp and difficult to bear. I went to the nearby bus stop to catch a bus for my college. Despite of the shaded bus stand the heat hit me straight on.
The bus stand was crowded and full of a motley crowd. There was desperation and frustration on the faces of the people waiting for the bus. Nobody was in a mood to talk to each other or even exchange pleasantries. The air was still and there was no indication of any approaching bus. The wait seemed endless and the humidity was taking its toll. I wished that something would happen to recharge us once again. Just then two young kids a boy and a girl joined our group. The boy had a music system in his hands. As he switched it on the air was filled with the magical notes of Anushka Manchanda’s song and what was needed was the electrifying moves of Allu Arjun to complete the scene. To every ones surprise the boy started dancing with moves similar to Allu Arjun and the girl started singing. This was so similar to a rock show that soon those waiting for the bus could not resist from tapping their toes and singing along with Anushks Manchanda. What a transformation!  This was surely a #Maxfresh move.Soon we could see the bus at a distance and as we boarded it we were all feeling fresh and energized
